1. Purpose
This policy lists conduct that will get you suspended, banned, or reported. It supplements the Terms of Service. Violations are grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of pending stakes or balances. Severe violations may be referred to law enforcement.
2. Integrity of Competition
You will not:
- Spoof GPS or use mock-location apps, VPN-based geo-spoofing, software that injects fake sensor data, or custom firmware that falsifies location or motion.
- Attach your device to a vehicle, animal, drone, or another person to simulate a workout.
- Submit fabricated, stolen, AI-generated, or prior-dated photos as contest proof. Each submission must be captured live on the device on behalf of the account holder.
- Use bots, scripts, emulators, macros, or automation to perform activities, submit data, or interact with the Service.
- Collude with other entrants, including intentionally losing, splitting winnings off-platform, coordinating identical routes, or sharing accounts in groups.
- Reverse-engineer, probe, or game the verification algorithms.
- Harass, threaten, or retaliate against contest winners, reviewers, or moderators.
3. Accounts and Identity
- One real person, one account. No multi-accounting.
- No shared, sold, rented, or traded accounts. The account must be operated by the registered person.
- No false or stolen identity, age, or address information.
- No evading a suspension by creating a new account, using a relative's information, or using an alternate device.
4. Device and Data Integrity
- No rooted, jailbroken, or tampered devices while competing in paid contests.
- No reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying the Mr Syn app.
- No scraping, bulk-downloading, or redistributing data from the Service.
- No interfering with anti-cheat, analytics, or signing code.
5. Financial Conduct
- No use of stolen cards, synthetic identities, or laundered funds.
- No structuring entries to avoid reporting thresholds.
- No chargeback abuse. Dispute charges through [email protected] first.
- No attempting to receive payouts in the name of a person who is not the account holder.
6. Community Standards
User content, display names, and messages must not:
- Harass, threaten, dox, or incite violence.
- Promote hate based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
- Sexualize minors.
- Include nudity, graphic violence, or gore.
- Advertise third-party products, scams, or illegal services.
- Impersonate TNAADO staff, moderators, or other users.
7. Legal and Regulated Content
You will not use Mr Syn to:
- Plan, commit, or promote illegal activity.
- Conduct unlicensed financial services, fundraising, or investment solicitation.
- Distribute controlled substances, firearms, or stolen property.
- Violate export-control or sanctions laws (including US OFAC, Canadian SEMA / SIMA, and UN lists).
8. Security
- No unauthorized access to any account, server, or system.
- No exploitation of a vulnerability beyond what is needed to prove it.
- Responsible disclosure of security issues is welcomed. Email [email protected] with subject "Security".
9. Enforcement
We investigate violations using sensor data, GPS, account metadata, payment signals, and human review. Depending on severity we may warn, remove content, void a submission, freeze funds, suspend, or permanently ban. Forfeited stakes resulting from an enforcement action are not refundable. We may also pursue legal remedies and cooperate with law enforcement.
10. Reporting Abuse
Use the in-app "Report" option or email [email protected]. Reports are confidential. False reports can themselves be a violation.
