1. Summary
To enter a paid skill contest on Mr Syn you must be (a) a legal resident of a jurisdiction we support, (b) at least 18 years old (or the higher age of majority where you live), and (c) physically present in a supported jurisdiction when you enter and when you perform the task. Free challenges and preview-mode features may be available in a broader set of locations, subject to Sponsor's discretion and applicable law.
2. Baseline Eligibility
- 18+ (higher where required by local law).
- Real name, real identity, single account.
- Not on any US, Canadian, UN, UK, or EU sanctions list and not a resident of a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction.
- Not an employee or immediate family member of TNAADO, its affiliates, or contest administrators.
- Able to pass identity verification via Stripe Identity before first payout.
3. United States
Paid skill contests will not be offered to residents of, or people physically present in, the following 16 US states:
- Arizona (AZ)
- Arkansas (AR)
- Connecticut (CT)
- Delaware (DE)
- Hawaii (HI)
- Iowa (IA)
- Louisiana (LA)
- Maryland (MD)
- Mississippi (MS)
- Montana (MT)
- South Carolina (SC)
- South Dakota (SD)
- Tennessee (TN)
- Utah (UT)
- Vermont (VT)
- Washington (WA)
All other US states and DC are eligible at launch.
4. Canada
Paid skill contests will not be offered to residents of, or people physically present in, the following Canadian province(s):
- Quebec (QC)
All other Canadian provinces and territories are eligible at launch.
5. Outside North America
Mr Syn paid skill contests are not offered outside the United States and Canada at this time. If you access Mr Syn from elsewhere you may browse preview content but you may not enter paid contests or receive payouts.
6. Enforcement and Detection
We check eligibility using the address on your account, device IP, device location signals when they are active during entry, and identity verification data. Attempting to bypass geo-eligibility (for example, with a VPN or a false address) is a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy and grounds for suspension and forfeiture of entries.
7. How This List Changes
We review the list whenever a law changes, a regulator issues guidance, or we obtain a license. Updates take effect when published on this page. Material changes are announced in the app with at least 14 days' notice where practical. See also our Terms of Service and Skill Contest Rules.
