When you join a paid challenge, your stake is deducted immediately and held in escrow until the challenge ends. After verification, winners split the prize pool minus a 15% platform fee. You can withdraw from a challenge and get a full refund any time before the challenge starts. Once started, stakes are non-refundable.

Every activity is tracked with continuous GPS data, including coordinates, speed, elevation, and timestamps. Our system detects anomalies like impossible speeds, teleporting, straight-line paths, and mock location usage. Additionally, AI-powered photo checkpoints require you to take photos at specific locations during the activity, which are verified for authenticity, location metadata, and timing.

Brief GPS interruptions (tunnels, dense buildings) are handled automatically -- the system interpolates short gaps. If a significant portion of your activity loses GPS signal due to our app, contact support with your challenge ID and we will review the data. If the failure is on our end, you are eligible for a full stake refund.

Go to your Profile, then tap Wallet, then Withdraw. Link your bank account or debit card (processed through Stripe). Minimum withdrawal is $10.00. Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days. There are no fees for standard withdrawals.

Yes. Go to Settings, then Subscription, then Cancel. Monthly plans stay active until the end of your billing period with no partial refund. Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of purchase or renewal are eligible for a prorated refund. After 14 days, annual plans remain active until the end of the annual period.

Mr Syn supports running, walking, cycling, swimming, and gym workouts. Each activity type has GPS tracking (outdoor activities) or time-based tracking (gym sessions). More activity types are being added based on user demand.

Take a photo of your meal and our AI (powered by Anthropic Claude) analyzes the image to identify foods and estimate nutritional content including calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat. The AI food scanner is available to Pro and Elite subscribers with unlimited scans. Results are estimates and should not replace professional dietary advice.

Submit a dispute within 48 hours of challenge completion. In the app, go to the challenge details and tap Dispute Result. Alternatively, email support@mrsyn.app with your challenge ID and details. Our team reviews GPS data, photos, and activity logs and responds within 7 business days. The decision is final.
